Architecture: Emre Arolat Architects

Facade, interior and landscape lighting for Sancaklar Mosque, a project that demonstrates a whole new approach to traditional mosque architecture. Lighting design concept was built around "mihrab wall" being the only focal point, flooded with daylight through the day, and lit by artificial light that seamlessly substitutes daylight after sunset.
